text-align: left; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 24pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt;">3.1投标人须具备特种工程专业承包（边坡防护）资质。本次招标要求谈判单位在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力，谈判单位没有处于被责令停产、停业，或者投标资格被取消、最近三年内没有骗取中标或者严重违约或者重大工程质量等问题。</span></p><p style="margin: 0pt; text-align: left; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 24pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt;">3.2资格证明文件至少应包括：资质证书、营业执照、组织机构代码证、税务登记证或三证合一印有统一社会信用代码的营业执照、安全生产许可证、专职质检员、专职安全员证（专指拟在本工程任职）及谈判保证金回执单和法定代表人身份证明书、授权委托书。</span></p><p style="margin: 0pt; text-align: left; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 24pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt;">3.3根据腾财发【2017】314号文规定，为了杜绝中标投标人具有相同股东的情形，投标人需提供当地市场监管部门出具的《内资企业登记基本情况表》</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-align: left; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 24pt;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 12pt;">②列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单的投标人，拒绝参与本项目政府采购活动：参与本项目投标的单位须提供在 “信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）及中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）的查询结果网页打印件，提供查询结果截图。</span></p><p style="margin: 0pt;
