text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 21pt; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">3.3投标单位具有近三年（2017年-2019年）由会计师律师事务所或审计机构出具的财务审计报告(2020年新成立的公司，须提供基本开户行出具的良好资金资信证明文件）；</p><p align="justify" style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; text-indent: 21pt; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">3.4拒绝列入政府取消投标资格记录期间的企业或个人投标。</p><p align="justify" style="background: rgb(255, 255, 255); text-align: justify;
