28号文《兵团公路建设市场信用信息管理办法》的规定完成备案，在兵团交通建设市场信用评价管理系统上注册，并能在《兵团公路建设市场信用信息系统》的平台上查到投标人的信息。（4）供应商未被列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单（处罚决定规定的时间内）。（5）本项目不接受联合体参与。</u>(特殊要求)</font></p><p
