style="font-family:宋体">本次招标要求投标人必须具有独立法人资格，建设行政主管部门颁发的公路工程施工总承包叁级及以上资质，投标人在近五年内（</span>2014<span style="font-family:宋体">年</span>6<span style="font-family:宋体">月至</span>2019<span style="font-family:宋体">年</span>6<span style="font-family:宋体">月，以交（竣）工验收时间为准），成功完成</span>2<span style="font-family:宋体">项及以上累计长度不少于</span>20<span style="font-family:宋体">公里四级及以上公路路基、路面工程的业绩，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力，财务状况良好。</span></p><p style="text-indent:28px;line-height:36px"><span style="font-family:宋体">拟任项目经理的资格要求：具有公路相关专业中级及以上职称，贰级及以上注册建造师执业资格证书（公路工程专业），持有有效的安全生产考核合格证书（</span>B<span style="font-family:宋体">证），目前未担任其他在建工程的项目经理且成功完成过四级及以上公路路基、路面工程业绩。</span></p><p style="text-indent:28px;line-height:36px"><span style="font-family:宋体">拟任项目总工的资格要求：具有公路相关专业中级及以上职称，持有有效的安全生产考核合格证书（</span>B<span style="font-family:宋体">证），且成功完成过四级及以上公路路基、路面工程业绩。</span></p><p
