font-weight: bolder;">二、项目概况与招标范围</p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">项目规模：新建截流坝两座共64.59米，敷设PE输水管道7594.75米，新建1000立方米水池1座，50立方米水池2座以及消毒净化室加压泵房1座等配套设施。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">招标内容与范围：本招标项目划分为 1 个标段，本次招标为其中的：</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">001 不分标段:</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">新建截流坝两座共64.59米，敷设PE输水管道7594.75米，新建1000立方米水池1座，50立方米水池2座以及消毒净化室加压泵房1座等配套设施。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">建设地点：沁水县中村镇；</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">招标范围：施工图纸及工程量清单范围内的全部工程内容；</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">计划工期：365日历天；</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">质量要求：符合国家及行业现行相关规范合格标准。</span></p><p style="font-size: 16px; font-weight: bolder;">三、投标人资格要求</p><p style="line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 2em; font-size: 14px; font-weight: normal;" contenteditable="true">001 不分标段:             1、投标人须在中华人民共和国境内注册，具有独立法人资格； 2、投标人须具备独立法人资格的水利水电工程施工总承包叁级及以上资质（包含叁级）的企业、具有有效的营业执照，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力，其中，投标人拟派项目经理须具有水利工程专业贰级及以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在施建设工程项目的项目经理； 3、本次招标不接受联合体投标； 4、单位负责人为同一人或者存在控股、管理关系的不同单位不得同时参加投标； 5、投标人近三年企业信誉、财务状况良好，无违法违规等不良记录；投标人未被工商行政管理机关在全国企业信用信息公示系统中列入严重违法失信企业；未被最高人民法院在“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）或各级信用信息共享平台中列入失信被执行人；还须提供未被列入“全国水利建设市场主体信用信息平台”失信黑名单。。</p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;
