text-indent: 21pt;">①接收邮寄包裹的时间为递交投标文件截止时间前工作日9：00～17：00。</p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 21pt;">②投标文件必须在递交投标文件截止时间前送达，招标代理机构签收邮寄包裹的时间即为投标文件的送达时间，逾期送达的投标文件无效，后果由投标人自行承担。</p><p style="line-height: 150%;
