font-family: 仿宋; font-size: 19px;">巴音郭楞蒙古自治州人民医院医疗设备采购项目</span><span style="text-indent: 37px; font-family: 仿宋; font-size: 19px;">于2021年1月29日上午10时30分在巴州德泰工程项目管理服务有限公司会议室举行。经专家评审国药集团新疆医学器材有限公司因得分最高，拟定第一中标候选人，我公司在视频拷贝过程中发现在评标过程中其中一位专家未遵守评标纪律，分别在：</span></p><p style="text-indent:37px"><span style=";font-family:仿宋;font-size:19px">1、12:06分第一次看手机；</span></p><p style="text-indent:37px"><span style=";font-family:仿宋;font-size:19px">2、12:32:10第二次看手机并携带手机离开评标室并未告知招标代理及监督人，于七分钟后带回并放置口袋；</span></p><p style="text-indent:37px"><span style=";font-family:仿宋;font-size:19px"><span style="font-family:仿宋">我公司在专家评标前已将该专家的一部手机进行收缴并放置屏蔽柜，该专家并未告知携带两部手机。根据《政府采购货物和服务招标投标管理办法》（财政部令第</span>87号）中第六十二条规定，（五）在评标过程中擅离职守，影响评标程序正常进行的；（七）其他不遵守评标纪律的行为。其评审意见无效，并不得获取评审劳务报酬和报销异地评审差旅费。</span></p><p style="text-indent:37px"><span style="font-family: 仿宋;
