style="font-family:宋体;color:black;background:white">、本次磋商要求供应商应具有独立法人资格，须具有水利水电工程施工总承包叁级或市政公用工程施工总承包叁级及以上资质，具有有效的安全生产许可证，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有承担本工程施工的能力。拟派建造师具有水利水电工程专业或市政公用工程专业贰级及以上建造师注册证书且具有安全生产考核合格证B证，未担任其他在施建设工程项目的项目经理，提供劳动合同及2019年以来连续3个月以上养老保险交纳证明（以劳动和社会保障部门出具的书面证明或查询清单或网络查询结果为准）。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%;background:white;text-autospace:ideograph-other"><span style="font-family:宋体;color:black;background:white">3</span><span style="font-family:宋体;color:black;background:white">、拟派技术负责人具备中级及以上职称，供应商须提供技术负责人劳动合同。具有施工员、质量员、安全员（安全员上岗证书或安全生产考核合格证书C证）、材料员。</span></p> <p style="text-indent:32px;line-height:150%;background:white;text-autospace:ideograph-other"><span style="font-family:宋体;color:black;background:white">4</span><span style="font-family:宋体;color:black;background:white">、供应商需提供2017、2018、2019年度会计事务所审计合法有效的审计报告；（企业成立不足的从成立之日起计算即可）。</span></p> <p style="font-family:宋体;color:black;background:white">、供应商被“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购不良行为记录、被“中国政府采购网”(www.ccgp.gov.cn)网站列入政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单的，不得参与本项目。（供应商应在公告发布后对本单位信用信息进行查询，并将查询结果加盖公章做到响应文件中）</span></p>
