margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 22.5pt; text-indent: 24.1pt; font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 10.5pt; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;'>（2）对进入交易场所的要求。对进入金寨县公共资源交易场所（金寨现代产业园区金梧桐创业园综合楼15楼）所有参加投标的人员，均从金寨现代产业园区金梧桐创业园综合楼前广场疫情防控专用大门（通道）进入，按疫情防控要求配戴口罩、测量体温，接受大楼物业公司等工作人员的检查；因未带口罩、体温超过37.3度或拒绝体温检测等导致未能进场的，责任由其自负。所有人员参加投标活动应全程戴口罩。当事人违反疫情防控要求的，其投标资格无效，并移送当地公安机关等部门处理。 <p style='background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 22.5pt; text-indent: 24.1pt; font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 10.5pt; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;'>（3）投标截止时间与登记检测时间的要求。为确保入场登记检测工作顺利完成，在投标截止时间前半小时，请各投标人提前到达投标现场，为在投标截止时间前完成入场登记留足时间。 <p style='background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 22.5pt; text-indent: 24.1pt; font-family: "Times New Roman","serif"; font-size: 10.5pt; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;'>（4）进入开标现场检测登记的要求。在金寨县公共资源交易中心第三开标室入口处设立登记服务台，由承担本项目的招标代理机构工作人员负责对进入开标室的相关人员进行登记，查验、接收疫情防控相关承诺书，检查口罩佩戴情况、测量体温，并登记投标人员姓名、联系电话、体温数，登记情况由投标人的授权委托人现场签字确认。未带口罩、体温超过37.3度、拒绝体温检测的人员一律不得进入开标现场，并视为投标未到场，责任由投标人及其授权委托人自负。投标人员依次排队且排队间距应在1.5米及以上，人员多时，由金寨县公共资源交易中心和招标代理机构工作人员引导至指定位置分散有序等候。当事人违反疫情防控要求等相关规定的，其投标资格无效，并移送当地公安机关等部门处理。 <p style='background: white;
