style="text-indent:24pt;word-break:break-all;line-height:150%;">2.投标人须具备建设行政主管部门核发的工程监理综合资质或具备房屋建筑工程监理乙级（或以上资质）、项目负责人须具备房屋建筑工程注册监理工程师执业资格。</p><p style="text-indent:24pt;word-break:break-all;line-height:150%;">3.企业业绩：投标人具有类似监理业绩，自2017年1月1日（以合同签订时间为准）至今承担过不少于3个类似项目业绩，类似业绩指房屋建筑工程监理业绩）。</p><p style="text-indent:24pt;word-break:break-all;line-height:150%;">4.提供2018年-2019年度的年度财务审计报告、2020年以来任意三个月依法缴纳税收和缴纳社保的证明材料(依法免税或不需要缴纳社保的投标人，应提供相应文件证明其具有依法免税或不需要缴纳社保的资格)。</p><p
