text-indent: 21pt;">2.为做好新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作，根据南宁市财政局《关于做好疫情防控期间政府采购工作有关事项的通知》（南财采〔2020〕12号）要求，本项目的投标文件通过邮寄快递的方式送达。具体要求如下：</p><p style="line-height: normal; text-indent: 21pt;">2.1投标文件必须在投标截止时间前送达。采购代理机构工作人员签收邮寄包裹的时间即为投标人投标文件的送达时间，逾期送达的投标文件无效，后果由投标人自行承担。</p><p style="line-height: normal; text-indent: 21pt;">2.2投标人应充分预留投标文件邮寄、送达所需要的时间。为确保疫情防控期间邮寄包裹能及时送达，投标人应选择邮寄运送时间有保障的快递公司寄送投标文件。</p><p style="line-height: normal; text-indent: 21pt;">2.3投标人按照招标文件要求装订密封好投标文件后，应使用不透明、防水的邮寄袋或箱子再次包裹已密封的投标文件，并在邮寄袋或箱子上粘牢注明项目名称、项目编号、有效的电子邮箱、联系人及联系方式的纸质表格。</p><p align="left" style="text-align: left;
