font-size: 20px;">  废标理由：<br>  <span class="editTextTarea">1、资格性审查情况： 1.1投标人资格性审查：资格审查小组按照招标文件规定的资格标准要求对各投标文件进行审查，审查情况如下： (1)福州佳仁装饰工程有限公司审查情况如下： ①在电子投标文件中未提供经审计的2019年度或2020年度的年度财务报告。不符合招标文件第四章的资格审查与评标第8.4条规定的“1、投标人提供的财务报告复印件(成立年限按照投标截止时间推算)应符合下列规定：1.1成立年限满1年及以上的投标人，提供经审计的2019年度或2020年度的年度财务报告。1.2成立年限满半年但不足1年的投标人，提供该半年度中任一季度的季度财务报告或该半年度的半年度财务报告。” 同时，上述投标人未在电子投标文件中提供资信证明复印件或投标担保函复印件，其未按照招标文件第七章规定提供相应证明材料，不符合招标文件第四章资格审查与评标第1.3条和第七章投标格式的规定。 ②在电子投标文件中提供的依法缴纳税收证明材料所属日期为2020年04月22日-2020年04月22日，不符合招标文件第四章资格审查与评标第1.3条规定的“提供投标截止时间前六个月（不含投标截止时间的当月）中任一月份的税收凭据复印件”。不符合招标文件第四章资格审查与评标第1.3条和第七章投标格式的规定。 ③根据《政府采购货物和服务招标投标管理办法》（财政部令第87号）第四十四条第一款，招标文件第三章第10.12条、第四章第1.3、1.4条等有关规定，资格审查小组认定上述投标人资格审查不通过。 (2)经资格审查小组审查，福建华震家具制造有限公司、福州中山东方家私有限公司的资格性审查情况均通过。 2、在资格审查期间，资格审查合格的投标人不足三家，不进行评标。同时，本次采购活动结束，福建国诚招标有限公司将依法组织后续采购活动（包括但不限于：重新招标、采用其他方式采购等）。</span></span> </div><br><strong style="font-family: Simsun;
