text-indent: 24pt;">3.1具备合格有效的《营业执照》，并具有独立法人资格。</p><p style="line-height: 17.6pt; text-indent: 24pt;">3.2本招标项目要求投标人须具备建设行政主管部门核发的合法有效的工程监理综合资质或不低于<u><span style="text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single;"> 丙 </span></u>级<u><span style="text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single;"> 房屋</span></u><u><span style="text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single;">建筑工程</span></u> 监理资质。</p><ul style="list-style-type: square;"> <li style="text-autospace: ideograph-numeric;">3.3拟派总监理工程师须具备建设行政主管部门核发的合格有效的中华人民共和国注册监理工程师注册执业证书，注册专业要求为 <u><span style="text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single;">房屋建筑工程</span></u>。拟派总监理工程师必须为独立投标人或联合体牵头人的本企业在岗人员，以注册监理工程师注册执业证书上的注册单位为准。</li></ul><p style="line-height: 17.6pt; text-indent: 23.25pt;">3.4本招标项目<u><span style="text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single;"> 不接受 </span></u>联合体投标。招标人接受联合体投标的，则由两个或两个以上法人单位组成联合体以一个投标人身份共同投标，联合体应由 <u><span style="text-decoration: underline; text-underline: single;">/ </span></u>为牵头人，且各方均应具备承担招标项目的相应资质条件；相同专业单位组成的联合体的，按照资质等级较低的单位确定资质等级。</p><p style="line-height: 17.6pt;
