6、拟派企业土建专业施工员、土建专业质检员（质量员）的岗位证书（或资格证书）和专职安全员的安全生产考核合格证书，并需提供开标前连续 6 个月（不含开标当月）当地社保部门出具的有效证明材料（因工作单位变更不足 6 个月的，以证书中的变更时间为准）； 7、投标人36个月内在中华人民共和国境内没有发生被住房和城乡建设行政主管部门通报的骗取中标、串通投标、重大工程质量、安全生产事故问题; 8、投标人无被住房和城乡建设行政主管部门作出限制在本地区投标且在限制期内的行政处罚; 9、根据最高院等九部门“关于在招标投标活动中对失信被执行人实施联合惩戒的通知”（法〔2016〕285 号文）及“江西省房屋建筑和市政基础设施工程施工招投标资格审查办法”（赣建招（2017）1 号文）第二十一条（五）出现下列情形的投标人不得参与投标：投标人或投标人法人代表及拟派项目负责人被列入“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信名单（招标公告发布前从最高人民法院失信被执行人信息库中删除的除外）； 10、投标人或投标人法人代表及拟派项目负责人 36 个月内无人民检察院行贿犯罪档案网络查询系统中可以查询到的行贿记录; 11、外省来赣的单位应按江西省住房和建设厅《关于省外进赣建设工程企业实行信息登记管理的通知》（赣建办[2017]14号）要求，在“江西住建云平台”-“住建云信息登记系统”上办理好有效的企业信息登记和本项目单项工程投标登记，并提供网上查询打印纸质材料加盖单位公章;投标人及本项目拟派的注册建造师、参与本项目投标的施工员、质检员(质量员)、安全员应在“江西住建云平台”住建云信息登记系统”中可以查询，并在开标时提供网上査询打印纸质材料加盖单位公章。(注:外省来赣投标单位在原“江西省省外建设工程企业进赣信息登记管理系统”中已登记的信息数据将迁移至“住建云信息登记系统”，并在“江西住建云平台”予以公布，无需重新登记。具体详见《关于启用江西住建云平台省外建设工程企业进赣信息登记管理系统的通知》赣建审批(2020)4号文)。 12、企业近3个月内没有因拖欠工人工资被招标项目所在地省、市、县(市、区)住房和城乡建设行政主管部门通报批评的;
