style="line-height:150%;">二、申请人的资格要求：</h2>1.满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；2.落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：详见招标文件3.本项目的特定资格要求：（1）对供应商在信用记录进行查询并甄别，对列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单的禁止参与本项目政府采购活动（查询地址为“信用中国”、“信用中国河北”、“中国政府采购网”、“中国河北政府采购网”、“国家企业信用信息公示系统”、“中国执行信息公开网”）(2)单位负责人为同一人或存在直接控股、管理关系的不同投标人，不得同时参加本项目的投标。（3）具有食品检验机构资质认定证书（含附表）（4）具备与承检任务中商品品种、检验项目、检品数量相适应的检验检测能力。（5）有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录提供近六个月依法缴纳税收证明（如为免税单位须出具相关免税证明）、依法缴纳社会保障资金证明。<h2
