font-size: 16pt">3.建设规模：用地面积28.09亩，总建筑面积约5.5万平方米。主要建设内容为居民住宅、室内绿化、道路及配套设施等； 4.本项目投资：项目总投资约***万元，资金来源为新区财政投资； 5.工期要求：24个月（含设计、采购、施工直至竣工）； 6.质量要求： (1)工程设计质量标准：满足国家及地方相应现行规范要求，设计通过有关主管部门审查； (2)工程施工质量标准：符合国家现行工程施工质量验收规范标准的合格工程； 7.招标范围：本项目设计、采购、施工等全过程的工程总承包项目，包括但不限于以下工作内容： (1)设计招标范围：施工图设计（含专业工程二次深化设计）及施工期间全过程设计技术服务。设计内容包括：建筑、结构、绿化、水电暖通、电梯、弱电智能化、人防、景观照明、地下室、基坑支护以及日照、交评、节能及绿色建筑等内容，设计深度应达到相关规范要求； (2)施工招标范围：包含但不限于施工图上所有项目； (3)采购招标范围：工程相关材料、设备的采购、安装、调试和技术指导等； 8、标段划分：一个标段。 二、投标人资格条件 1、企业资格要求： （1）投标人具有独立法人资格并依法取得有效的企业营业执照； （2）具备建设行政主管部门核发的①建筑行业（建筑工程）设计甲级或工程设计综合甲级资质及②具备建筑工程施工总承包一级及以上资质； （3）具有有效的安全生产许可证； （4）本次招标接受联合体投标（最多允许一家设计单位和一家施工单位联合）。联合体投标的，应满足下列要求：联合体牵头人必须为施工单位，联合体其他成员必须满足本项目相应资质要求。 2、项目管理组织机构资格要求： （1）投标人（联合体牵头人）拟派总负责人须具备国家一级注册建造师执业资格（专业：建筑工程），并持有安全生产考核合格证书B证； （2）投标人（联合体成员中的设计单位）拟派设计负责人须具备建设行政主管部门核发的合格有效的注册一级建筑师执业资格； （3）投标人（联合体牵头人）拟派施工负责人具备国家一级注册建造师执业资格（专业：建筑工程）并持有安全生产考核合格证书B证； （4）投标人（联合体牵头人）关键岗位人员（施工员、材料员、质量员、资料员、机械员、劳务员、标准员）持有有效证书，专职安全员持有安全生产考核合格证书（C证）； （5）本项目总负责人、施工负责人、设计负责人、八大员须提供劳动合同和近6个月(2020年11月-2021年4月社保缴费凭证），以证明其投标时在投标单位（或投标联合体成员单位）工作。 备注：总负责人与施工负责人可为同一人。 3、投标人业绩要求： 投标人（联合体牵头人）近五年内（2016年5月1日至开标当日）完成过房屋建筑工程面积不少于4.4万平方米的单项合同施工业绩，提供业绩竣工验收材料和下列任意二项能证明类似工程的业绩材料：①经备案的中标通知书或直接发包告知书②施工合同③施工许可证④施工图。 4、外省来赣企业开标时须提供进赣投标备案材料： （1）外埠来赣设计单位按江西省住建厅《关于省外进赣勘察设计企业实行信息告知承诺的通知》（赣建科设（2019〕44号）文件精神办理了“省外企业信息登记”及“省外人员登记”，提供能够有效充分反映在江西住建云企业端登记成功的网页截图加盖单位公章； （2）根据《关于启用江西住建云平台省外建设工程企业进赣信息登记管理系统的通知》（赣建审批〔2020)4号）规定，省外建设工程施工企业须提供江西住建云平台上已办理企业和相关人员及单项工程投标登记备案截图。 5、信誉要求：投标人（如为联合体，联合体各方）或投标人法人代表没有被列入 “信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信名单（招标公告发布前从最高人民法院失信被执行人信息库中删除的除外）； 6、其它资格条件详细要求请见招标文件正文内容。 三、投标须知 1、凡符合资格条件且有意参加本项目招标的潜在投标人，自2021年5月31日至2021年6月21日在江西省公共资源交易网上报名，报名成功后于本项目投标截止前均可网上下载本项目招标文件等资料； 2、投标截止时间：2021年6月21日上午9:30时； 3、开标地点：九江市公共资源交易中心。 招 标 人：九江市八里湖新区兴城建设有限公司 联 系 人：陈先生 1370****546 代理机构：江西方正工程监理造价咨询有限公司 联 系 人：于先生 0792-8639910 1837****458 监督机构：九江市建设工程招标投标办公室</span> </td> </tr> <tr> <td align="center" colspan="6"> <span style="font-family: 黑体;
