0);text-indent:24pt;line-height:20pt;">（一）、教学云桌面管理系统建设主要包括共计5个计算机网络实验室325个客户端和1个控制中心的设备升级改造；</p><p style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);text-indent:24pt;line-height:20pt;">（二）、教学配套系统建设依托云桌面管理特点，配备集成多媒体控制器、液晶触控互动一体机等设备，在云服务器端部署电子教室软件、考试系统管理软件、信息安全实验教学软件，将计算机网络实验室打造成具有良好扩展性的智慧型教室，提升师生课程体验；</p><p style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);text-indent:24pt;line-height:20pt;">（三）、实验室基础环境改造内容包括5间教室的装修改造，改造项目包括教室铺设防静电地板(陶瓷面)；教室棚顶做吊棚处理；所有室内墙体均做大白处理，室内踢脚线、照明灯具、窗帘、施工布线、辅料及运输等。(详细情况见附件采购需求说明)</p><p style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);text-indent:24pt;line-height:20pt;">（一）符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条资格条件：</p><p style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);text-indent:24pt;line-height:20pt;">1.具有独立承担民事责任的能力；</p><p style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0);text-indent:24pt;line-height:20pt;">（七）具有良好的信誉，在履行合同时没有出现违法行为，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录，需提供近三年（截止至开标当日）无重大违法记录书面声明及诚信承诺书；通过信用中国、中国政府采购网查询未被列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单的网站截图。</p><p
