本项目属于《政府采购促进中小企业发展管理办法》(财库(2020)46号)规定预留采购份额无法确保充分供应、充分竞争，或者存在可能影响政府采购目标实现的情形，因此不专门面向中小企业预留采购份额。投标人可任意选择子包进行参投，但至少须对单个子包内的所有内容进行投标，不允许只对其中部分内容进行投标。产品详细技术参数及执行标准、规格等详见招标文件中的第四编用户需求书。<br> 1.2 环境标志产品政府采购执行机制的通知》（粤財采[2019] 1号）<br> 2.采购项目品目： A033499 其他专用仪器仪表<br> 3.项目基本情况介绍：<br> 本次拟采购的仪器是为了满足广州市药品检验所的业务工作开展需求。</p> </div> </div> <h4><strong>二、申请人的资格要求：</strong></h4> <h4>1.供应商应具备《政府采购法》第二十二条规定的条件；<br> 2.具有独立民事责任的法人、其他组织或者自然人，并取得合法工商执照或者其它法人（负责人）证书，如供应商为自然人的需提供自然人身份证明。<br> 3.供应商信用记录（查询截止时点为本项目开标当天）：由采购人或采购代理机构通过“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中国政府采购网（www.ccgp.gov.cn）渠道查询投标人信用记录；对被列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单的投标人，将拒绝其参与本项目。<br> 4.提供2021年内任意一个月的依法缴纳社会保险的证明（缴费凭证）复印件，如依法不需要缴纳社会保障资金的，应提供相应文件证明其依法不需要缴纳社会保障资金；如投标人已对接“粤省事”“粤商通”“粤信签”等系统且能通过系统查询到相关内容，则无须提供该项证明文件；<br>
