multi-line-text-input-box-cls">参与本次桐庐县富春未来城市发展中心基本存款账户开户项目招标的对象为在桐庐县行政区域内依法设立的有对公业务的银行，并具备以下条件：<br/>（一）依法开展经营活动，近三年内在经营活动中无重大违法违规记录，人民银行2020年度综合评价B级及以上（不纳入人民银行评级范围的银行不受此限制，但须提供不受此限制的相关资料）。<br/>（二）财务稳健，资本充足率、不良贷款率、拨备覆盖率、流动性覆盖率、流动性比例等指标达到监管标准；<br/>（三）内部管理机制健全，具有较强的风险控制能力，近三年内未发生金融风险及重大违约事件。<br/>（四）参与投标的银行必须为桐庐县内一级银行，且只能一个主体参与。</span>
