style="line-height:150%;">一、项目基本情况</h2>项目编号：HBCT2021-015项目名称：2021年气代煤改造壁挂炉项目预算金额：***最高限价（如有）：***采购需求：2021年气代煤改造壁挂炉项目供货及相关服务。（详见招标文件）合同履行期限：2021年7月10日前完成验收本项目不接受联合体投标。<h2 style="line-height:150%;">二、申请人的资格要求：</h2>1.满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；2.落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：详见招标文件3.本项目的特定资格要求：（第一标段至第三标段）：(1）供应商在“信用中国”网站、“中国政府采购网”、“中国执行信息公开网”（http://zxgk.court.gov.cn/）、“国家企业信用信息公示系统（http://www.gsxt.gov.cn/index.html）”等网站未被列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单和存在被执行信息，以评标现场查询为准。若供应商在以上网站中出现不良记录的，不得参与本项目招标活动；（2）投标人须为独立法人资格的设备生产商；并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有承担本项目的能力的投标人；（3）国内产品提供全国工业产品生产许可证（与本次招标内容相应的生产范围）；（4）须具有国家燃气用具质量监督检验中心出具的有效期内的供暖面积在80平米之内的燃气壁挂炉产品质量检验报告和能效检验报告；（5）须具有所投产品必须保证责任险（保单）在投标有效期内有效，且需保证产品责任险（保单）在合同履约期内有效，累计赔偿额≥1500万，如责任险（保单）在合同履约期内到期，中标人应持续期责任险（保单）原件到采购方报备，否则采购方有权视为其责任险（保单）失效，终止合同，损失由中标人自行承担；<h2 style="line-height:150%;">十、其他补充事宜</h2>投标人（供应商）报名须知：1.已在“河北省公共资源交易服务平台”注册登记的投标人（供应商），办理 CA 数字证书后,可直接登录“招采进宝河北专区交易平台”（hb.zcjb.com.cn）递交投标文件。2.未经资格确认（注册登记）的投标人（供应商），递交投标文件前需按照 “ 邢台市公共资源交易中心关于市场主体登记注册的通知
