style="text-indent:24.0000pt;line-height:150%;">（1）质量要求：按采购人提供的有关设计说明、工程量清单和相关要求进行施工，达到或超过国家规范和相关质量要求。</p><p style="text-indent:24.0000pt;line-height:150%;">（2）服务要求：对工程项目的施工质量、工期及后期服务作出详细、完整的承诺，并提供工程管理人员的书面详细资料。</p><p style="text-indent:24.0000pt;line-height:150%;">（3）报价要求：本项目合同按固定单价包干。固定单价包干应是项目全部工作内容的价格体现，包括：人工费、人工转运费、材料费、施工机具使用费、企业管理费、利润、规费和税金、设计评审费、验收费等各项费用。</p><p style="text-indent:24.0000pt;line-height:150%;">（4）材料要求：按要求供应施工材料，所有材料均为符合国家质检部门及生产厂商的质量，要求的全新货物。</p><p
