font-size:10.5pt; font-weight:bold">二.项目概况与招标范围</span></p><p style="line-height:20pt; margin:0pt; orphans:0; text-align:justify; text-indent:15.75pt; widows:0"><span style="font-family:宋体; font-size:10.5pt">2.1项目规模：本工程对现状马茂庄大桥进行拆除新建，包括桥梁工程：对现状马茂庄桥拆除后在原址新建长107m宽40m，上承式钢筋混凝土两跨拱桥1座；道路工程：对马茂庄乔东西两侧路口进行改造，新建机动车道2913㎡、人行道221㎡、二次过街安全岛46㎡；排水工程：配合路口接顺改造工程，完善路面收水设施。拆除旧管100m、铺设雨水管道300m、铺设污水管道80m；给水工程：沿桥梁新建DN200mm给水管道及配套附属设施，总长约240m；照明工程：包括箱式变电站、路灯，桥梁景观照明；交通工程：包括标线、标志、隔离栏杆、交通信号灯； </span></p><p style="line-height:20pt; font-size:10.5pt">3.1投标人须同时具备建设行政主管部门颁发的工程设计资质（综合甲级资质或工程设计（市政工程）行业甲级资质）和工程勘察资质（综合甲级资质或工程勘察专业类（岩土工程)甲级资质）。同时具有有效的企业法人营业执照或事业单位法人证书，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的能力，其中：投标人拟派设计项目负责人须具有国家注册结构工程师执业资格；</span></p><p style="line-height:20pt;
