font-family: 黑体; font-size: 19px; text-decoration: none;">二、项目概况与招标范围</span></p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 32px;"><span style="line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px; text-decoration: none;">2.1项目规模：晋云筑项目协同云平台采购管理系统的建设主要包括三个平台、六个数据库。三个平台包括供应准入平台、采购管理平台和采购运营平台。供应准入平台主要实现供应商及供应商品准入申请及采购投标、供货、结算申请等各项自助服务；采购管理平台主要实现采购方对采购工作的全过程管理；采购运营平台主要实现平台运营方进行后台运营管理以及EPC项目采购数据采集治理。</span></p><p style="line-height: 150%; text-indent: 32px;"><span style="line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px; text-decoration: none;">六个库包括相关方信息库（包括供方和需方）、产品价格库（包括采购产品分类目录、采购产品、以及产品四类价格）、项目基本信息库、采购需求库（支持从上架产品选择、也可以直接由采购方导入）、采购合同库（包括合同信息、标的信息、结算信息等）、应收应付信息库（支持集中统一查询管理，为后续金融服务提供数据支撑）。 </span></p><p style="line-height: 150%;
