text-indent: 2em; font-size: 14px; font-weight: normal;" contenteditable="true">2、招标内容与范围：本招标项目划分为 1 个标段，本次招标为其中的：</p><p style="line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 4em; font-size: 14px; font-weight: normal;" contenteditable="true"> </p><p><span style="font-size: 14px;">001 不分标段:包括但不限于本项目的各阶段设计、概算编制及相关服务；并按照建设单位确认的方案进行施工、采购、安装、竣工验收、移交、质量缺陷责任期内的修复工作以及工程质量保修期的保修工作及项目实施过程中协助招标人完成相关报批等工作的全过程工程总承包</span></p><p><br></p><p style="font-size: 16px; font-weight: bolder;">三、投标人资格要求</p><p style="line-height: 1.5em; text-indent: 2em; font-size: 14px; font-weight: normal;" contenteditable="true">001 不分标段:         1. 本次资格预审要求申请人必须是在中华人民共和国境内注册，具有独立承担民事责任的法人资格，须同时具备①建筑装饰工程设计专项甲级资质②建筑装修装饰工程专业承包壹级资质，有有效的营业执照，并在人员、设备等方面具有相应的总承包能力。其中，投标人拟派项目经理（可兼施工负责人）须具备建筑工程专业壹级注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核证书（B 类），且未担任其他在施建设工程项目的项目经理及施工负责人，设计负责人须具备壹级注册建筑师资格，施工负责人须具备建筑工程专业壹级注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核证书（B 类），且未担任其他在施建设工程项目的项目经理。 2.财务状况良好，需提供近三年财务报表； 3单位负责人为同一人或存在控股、管理关系的不同单位，不得同时参加本项目的投标； 4投标人在“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）查询中不得存在被列为失信被执行人的情形； 5本项目接受联合体投标。 5.1本次投标组成联合体的单位不得超过 3 家，联合体牵头人须为具有施工资质的单位，联合体各成员所有成员方应签署具有法律效力的协议书； 5.2联合体的牵头单位应被授权，所有成员之间签署的具有法律效力的授权书中应证明此授权； 5.3联合体各方不得再以自己的名义单独投标，也不得同时参加两个或两个以上的联合体投标，若出现上述情况，其投标和与此有关的联合体的投标将被拒绝； 5.4联合体协议书中应明确联合体所有成员方的有关责任与义务，各方并就合同条款共同分担合同义务。 。</p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;
