font-size: 14px;">      说明：依据沙坪煤矿采购计划，现对上述1套采煤机设备上报山西省晋神能源有限公司并组织招标采购，考虑采购设备的技术性能相似性及后期设备保养维护的统一性，为发挥集中采购节省采购成本的优势，由山西省晋神能源有限公司代为此项目招标人，对上述1套采煤机设备采购项目实施统一招标采购。经评审，中标人最终签订买卖合同、开具发票、挂账付款等实际业务往来，由山西省晋神能源有限公司相关部门负责落实办理。</span></p><p style="font-size: 16px;
