font-size: 16px;">投标人资格要求</span></strong></p><p style="text-align: justify; line-height: 29px; text-indent: 32px; -ms-text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-family: 宋体;">3.1本次招标要求投标人可同时具备设计资质、施工资质（联合体亦可）。其中设计资质要求：同时具备电子通信广电行业（电子工程）设计甲级和建筑行业（建筑工程）设计甲级或设计综合甲级资质；施工资质要求：具备机电工程施工总承包壹级资质，有效的营业执照、安全生产许可证，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的设计、采购、施工能力。</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;
