font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;">中国国际电子商务中心（以下简称中心）是商务部直属事业单位，是商务部及各地商务厅、局信息化建设执行和决策、标准、技术支撑单位；</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.5; text-indent: 32px;"><span style="line-height: 150%; font-family: 宋体; font-size: 16px;">中心已为黑龙江省商务厅建立黑龙江商务诚信公共服务管理平台、黑龙江商务预报系统等，熟悉黑龙江省商务厅的商务工作需求与流程、系统技术架构、数据库结构、用户体系、各系统功能及运营情况。主要实现与商务部统一平台内黑龙江省商务系统数据库的有效对接，此次平台建设是按照商务部数据资源目录相关标准在原有系统的基础上做功能扩展和延伸及部分创新实验；中心具有“数据智能采集”专项技术，利用此独有技术，结合商业预警模型，解决热点商品市场的预警以及预测，涉及工作专业性强、数据结构复杂、数据量大、时间周期长、投资成本高等特点。中心具有商务部涵盖全国各省市县商务数据，具备黑龙江省市县内外贸商务数据及数据分析成果，是具有我厅所需商务部数据的唯一提供单位。此次拟建设系统的接口程序必须连接原有系统并与商务部多项中心建设的商务系统进行衔接，另外由中心建设的商务部数十项商务信息系统有效对接，并能调取商务部商务数据及分析成果，且涉及原有系统的部分功能改造，需确保与原有系统的兼容性、衔接性和数据的一致性、完整性、安全性，易用性。利用现有数据以及专项技术，能够快速完成系统搭建，与商务部数据的有效对接，快速支撑我厅的业务发展，稳外资、外贸、促消费，促进黑龙江省数字经济健康快速发展。</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1.5;
