style="font-family:宋体;color:black;background:white">3.4</span><span style="font-family:宋体;color:black;background:white">投标人应有良好的财务状况，没有处于财务被接管、冻结、破产或其他不良状态，无重大不良资产或不良投资项目，提供<span lang="EN-US">20***9</span>年度或<span lang="EN-US">2020</span>年度经第三方审计机构出具的财务审计报告（包括资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表和财务报表附注），投标人成立不满一年的提供最近一月的财务报表。</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"
