font-family:宋体; font-size:15pt">（3）投标人须提供2021年1月以来近六个月中任意一个月依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的证明资料：主要是指供应商有效期内的税务登记证（供应商提供加载有统一社会信用代码“多证合一”营业执照的，视为已提供税务登记证）以及税收的凭据，缴纳社会保险的凭据（专用收据、缴费凭据或社会保险缴纳清单）。依法免税或不需要缴纳社会保障资金的供应商，应提供相应文件证明其依法免税或不需要缴纳社会保障资金。供应商成立不满六个月的，则提供自成立日以来一个月的纳税收和社会保障资金证明资料。</span></p><p style="font-size:15pt;
