margin-bottom:0;text-align:justify;line-height:200%;font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:16px;">6、本项目的特定资格要求：</p> <p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom:20px;text-align:justify;line-height:200%;font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:16px;"> <span style="border-bottom: 1px solid #666;">(1)申请人须具备建设行政主管部门核发的 市政公用工程施工总承包叁级及以上资质，具备有效的安全生产许可证，具备工商行政管理部门核发的有效企业法人营业执照，近五年（投标截止时间往前推5年）至少承担过一个单项合同金额***万元以上的市政工程类似业绩（须提供湖北省建筑市场监管和诚信信息一体化平台网站截图）。<br/>(2)申请人拟派项目经理须具备市政公用工程专业贰级以及上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书（B证），且未担任其他在施建设工程项目的项目经理。项目管理机构还应配备具有岗位证的施工员、质量员、标准员、材料员、机械员、资料员、劳务员、造价师、安全员等相应专业管理人员，其中造价师提供相关证件及安全员还应具备安全生产考核合格证书（C证）。项目技术负责人必须具有市政公用工程相关专业中级工程师及以上职称或注册建造师执业资格。（提供所在单位为其缴纳的社保及有效的劳动合同）<br/>(3)所有省内、外建筑企业在鄂从事建筑活动，需登陆湖北省建筑市场监管和诚信信息一体化平台，报送企业基本信息和人员信息。以一体化平台记录公示的信息为准，提供平台信息记录截图并加盖公司公章。</span> </p> <p style="margin-bottom:0;line-height:200%;font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:18px;font-weight: bold;">三、获取采购文件</p> <p style="margin-top: 0;
