margin-bottom:0;text-align:justify;line-height:200%;font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:16px;">5、采用单一来源采购方式的原因及说明：</p> <p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom:20px;text-align:justify;line-height:200%;font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:16px;"> <span style="border-bottom: 1px solid #666;">1.由于屈家岭管理区生活垃圾体量小，且不具备生活垃圾无害化处理能力，为保证屈家岭管理区内的生活垃圾能够做到日产日清且无害化处理，并考虑到运送距离及垃圾无害化处理成本，经荆门市城管委协调，屈家岭管理区与沙洋县人民政府沟通协商后达成协议：屈家岭管理区全域的生活垃圾采用和沙洋县相同的生活垃圾处理方式，运送至光大绿色环保能源（沙洋）有限公司进行无害化处理；<br/>2.2021年3月23日后，光大绿色环保能源（沙洋）有限公司投产运行，根据光大绿色环保能源（沙洋）有限公司和沙洋县人民政府签订的《沙洋县生活垃圾焚烧发电BOO项目特许经营协议》规定，沙洋县内的生活垃圾统一送至光大绿色环保能源（沙洋）有限公司内进行无害化处理，沙洋县垃圾填埋场彻底关闭，不再接收生活垃圾。<br/>3.综上所述，该项目符合《政府采购法》第三十一条第一款情形：“只能从唯一供应商处采购”的要求，拟按单一来源方式进行采购。</span> </p> <p style="margin-bottom:0;line-height:200%;font-family:微软雅黑;font-size:18px;font-weight: bold;">二、拟定供应商信息</p> <p style="margin-top: 0;
