style="text-indent:18.0pt;line-height:150%;background:white;text-autospace:ideograph-other;word-break:break-all;">（2）资质、项目经理：本次招标要求投标人具备建设行政主管部门核发的建筑工程施工总承包叁级或以上资质【或根据《住房和城乡建设部关于印发建设工程企业资质管理制度改革方案的通知（【建市〔2020〕94 号】）换发新证的建筑工程施工总承包乙级（含）及以上级别资质】，并具备有效的安全生产许可证，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力，其中，供应商拟派项目经理须具有建筑工程专业二级或以上注册建造师执业资格（提供资质证书复印件以及项目经理在投标单位缴纳的2021年至今任意连续6个月社保证明复印件）；</p><p style="text-indent:18.0pt;line-height:150%;background:white;text-autospace:ideograph-other;word-break:break-all;">（3）财务状况：具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度【须提供2019年至今任意一年的财务报表（含资产负债表、利润表、现金流量表）或经第三方会计事务所审计后的财务审计报告，投标人成立时间不足一年的，按实际成立日期提供任意一个月或者一个季度财务报表，以上均提供复印件】；</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;background:white;text-autospace:ideograph-other;word-break:break-all;">（4）信誉要求：“信用中国”网站（www.creditchina.gov.cn）没有列入失信被执行人、重大税收违法案件当事人名单、政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单（需提供查询截图，未提供正确截图的以评标现场查询结果为准）；</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;word-break:break-all;">（5）其他要求：</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;word-break:break-all;">1）具有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录（提供2021年至今任意3个月的企业纳税证明、社保缴费记录证明；企业注册时间不足一个月的，按企业注册时间实际缴纳提供证明复印件加盖公章）；</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;word-break:break-all;">2）投标单位须具备《海南省建筑企业诚信档案手册》（提供诚信档案手册复印件加盖公章）；</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;word-break:break-all;">3）本项目不接受联合体投标；</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;word-break:break-all;">4）单位负责人为同一人或者存在直接控股、管理关系的不同供应商，不得同时参加同一包的采购活动。生产型企业生产场地为同一地址的，销售型企业之间股东有关联的，一律视为有直接控股、管理关系。供应商之间有上述关系的，应主动声明，否则将给予列入不良记录名单、3年内不得参加军队采购活动的处罚【提供承诺函加盖公章】。</p><p style="text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;word-break:break-all;">（6）投标时必须提交以上相关证明资料。</p><p style="line-height:150%;background:white;text-autospace:ideograph-other;word-break:break-all;"><strong>4. </strong><strong>招标文件的获取</strong></p><p style="text-indent:18.0pt;line-height:150%;word-break:break-all;">（1）请于2022年3月29日至2022年4月6日，每日上午9：00时至12：00时，下午14：30时至17：00时（北京时间，工作日，下同），持单位介绍信、营业执照副本复印件、经办人的身份证复印件，以上报名材料均加盖公章。向招标代理机构了解有关信息并购买招标文件。</p><p
