质量评定验收标准。3、乙方应及时通知甲方对施工过程中，甲方书面同意乙方 进行的隐蔽工程、增项和改变工程量工程， 进行检查和验收，并做好验收记 录。如乙方在没有其他违约情况，甲方不及时参加验收，乙方可自行 验收，甲 方应予承认。4、工程竣工7 日内，乙方向甲方提交工程验收申请，约请甲方和 有关部门对本工程进行验收。甲方接 到验收通知后，可采取全面验收和抽检验 收方法组织验收，并办理验收、移交手续。如甲方不能在规 定时间内组织验 收，需及时通知乙方，另定验收日期。但甲方应承认竣工日期，看管费用和相 关费用 由乙方承担。如甲方在验收过程中发现存在质量问题，应在验收后五日 内以书面形式向乙方提出，乙 方应自收到甲方书面异议后 7 日内及时予以解 决。造成工程顺延由乙方承担责任。5、乙方提供竣工资料和验收报告的时间 为： 暖气改造，上下水维修改造，管线焊接等。5 油漆工施工范围： 刮腻子、石膏，打砂纸，墙面找平，粉刷等。6 普工零活维修，力工，搬运材料及垃圾废料，协助配合大工工作等。7 机械需求： 轮式钩机、履带钩机、大型钩机、翻斗车、吊车、铲车。8 中标单位执行建设单位提出施工方面的合理要求，按照建设单位要求在工期内完成。9 付费标准： 技工每人350元/天； 普工每人180元/天； 轮式钩机每辆1200元/天；
