，如所投产品属于二类医疗器械的，也可以提供《二类医疗器械的经营备案凭证》；3.2、投标产品应符合《医疗器械监督管理条例》的规定：投标产品属于一类医疗器械的应提供该产品《第一类医疗器械备案凭证》，属于二类、三类医疗器械产品应提供该产品《医疗器械注册证》(如有注册登记表也应提供)。所投产品不属于医疗器械管理范围的应提供不属于医疗器械管理范围的说明及相关证明材料。所有证件必须在有效期内。</p>
