</div> </div> </div> <p>3.本项目的特定资格要求：</p><div class="innercontent u-content"> <div> <p>合同包1(铜川市耀州区2022年度2.2万亩高标准农田建设项目实施方案编制采购项目)特定资格要求如下:</p> <div style="margin-left: 32px;"> <p class="u-content" style="text-indent: 0;">（1）企业营业执照、税务登记证和组织机构代码证合法有效（三证合一的企业只提供带有统一社会信用代码的营业执照副本）；（2）供应商应授权合法的人员参加投标全过程，其中法定代表人直接参加投标的，须出具法人身份证原件，并与营业执照上信息一致;法定代表人授权代表参加投标的，须出具法定代表人授权书及授权代表身份证原件和本公司所在地社会保险管理部门出具的被授权人在本单位缴纳社会保险的清单或其他相关证明；（3）供应商须同时具备测绘甲级资质和土地规划乙级（含乙级）以上资质？；（4）拟派项目负责人须具有相关专业中级及以上技术职称且为本单位在职员工（提供在本单位任职的相关证明）；（5）财务状况报告：提供2019年至今至任意一年的财务审计报告（成立时间至提交响应文件截止时间不足1年的可提供成立后任意时段的资产负债表）或其基本存款账户开户银行出具的资信证明；（6）社会保障资金缴纳证明:自2021年1月1日以来已缴存的至少1个月的社会保障资金缴存单据或社保机构开具的社会保险参保缴费情况证明，单据或证明上应有社保机构或代收机构的公章或业务专用章。依法不需要缴纳社会保障资金的供应商应提供相关文件证明。（7）税收缴纳证明:自2021年1月1日以来已缴纳的至少1个月的纳税证明或完税证明，纳税证明或完税证明上应有代收机构或税务机关的公章或业务专用章。依法免税的供应商应提供相关文件证明。（8）具备履行合同所必须的设备和专业技术能力的书面声明；（9）投标企业通过“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)“失信被执行人”和“重大税收违法案件当事人名单”的网站查询截图，“中国政府采购网”(www.ccgp.gov.cn)“政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单”的网站查询截图；（10）参加政府采购活动前3年内在经营活动中没有重大违法记录的书面声明；（11）本项目不接受联合体磋商.</p>
