0;">（1）供应商必须是具有独立承担民事责任的能力的法人、其他组织或自然人，提供营业执照、税务登记证、组织机构代码证或登载有统一社会信用代码的营业执照（或《事业单位法人证书》或其他合法组织登记证书）；（2）投标供应商应授权合法的人员参加投标：法定代表人直接参加投标，须出具法定代表人身份证复印件；法定代表人授权代表参加投标，须出具法定代表人授权书及授权代表身份证复印件；（3）投标供应商须具备建设主管部门核发的建筑工程施工总承包三级（含三级）及以上资质，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力；项目负责人须具备相应专业二级及以上注册建造师资格，并具有安全考核合格证，且未担任其他在建工程项目的项目经理；（4）财务状况报告：提供2020年度经审计的财务报告或其开标前三个月内银行出具的资信证明；（5）依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录（提供开标前六个月内任意一个月的完税证明和已缴纳社会保险的证明），依法不需要缴纳税收和社会保障资金或新成立的投标单位应提供相关文件证明；（6）供应商通过“信用中国”网站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)、中国政府采购网？(www.ccgp.gov.cn)等渠道查询相关主体无失信记录（网站查询的截图，加盖投标人公章）；（7）参加政府采购活动近3年内在经营活动中没有重大违法记录的书面声明（投标人自行出具声明书并加盖公章）；（8）本项目不接受联合体投标。</p>
