line-height: 20pt; text-indent: 24pt;">五、售后服务要求：</p><p style="line-height: 19.5pt; text-indent: 24pt;">1、设备免费质保期：原厂免费质保期≥5年。自验收合格之日起，开始进入质保期。质保期内，根据客户需要提供免费保养服务，保修期内每年提供一次免费保养，质保期自设备经验收合格之日起计算，终身负责维修，保证零配件的供给。</p><p style="line-height: 19.5pt; text-indent: 24pt;">2、供应商负责设备的运输、装卸、安装、调试（如有要求需方准备的事项应预先通知并负责提供所需要的技术文件），免费为采购单位的操作人员制定完整专业的培训计划，包括设备的日常保养和操作的技术要领，直至其掌握操作技能为止，不得用密码制约用户。</p><p style="line-height: 19.5pt; text-indent: 24pt;">3、设备安装后，采购单位按国际和国家标准及厂方标准进行质量验收。当双方对验收标准有争议时，可委托双方一致认可的国家相关权威检测中心进行检测，费用由责任方承担。</p><p style="line-height: 19.5pt; text-indent: 24pt;">5、在产品质保期内，一旦发生质量问题，供应商在接到报修后2小时响应，24小时内到达现场，48小时内排除故障；如无法修复正常运行的，须免费提供备用机器。在设备维修期间免费提供备品备件及详细维保方案。</p><p style="line-height: 19.5pt; text-indent: 24pt;">6、提供系统完整专业的培训计划，提供两人厂家免费培训，并提供维修资料，提供中文的用户操作手册。</p><p style="line-height: 19.5pt; text-indent: 24pt;"> </p><p style="line-height: 19.5pt; text-indent: 24pt;">六、报价要求：</p><p style="line-height: 19.5pt; text-indent: 24pt;">1、本次采购只有一个分包，供应商须对该采购内容全部响应，只报其中部分内容的为无效报价，并不得出现选择性报价。报价包括全部设备、辅助材料、安装、调试、人工、机械、运输、仓储、保险、运费、各种税费、劳保、售后服务、专利技术及质保期间的一切费用。</p><p style="line-height: 19.5pt; text-indent: 24pt;">2、采购预算：人民币***元整。</p><p style="line-height: 19.5pt; text-indent: 24pt;">报价总价不得超过采购预算，否则其报价将作无效报价处理。</p><p style="line-height: 22pt; text-indent: 24pt;"> </p><p style="line-height: 19.5pt; text-indent: 24pt;">七、综合说明：</p><p style="line-height: 19.5pt; text-indent: 24pt;">1、采购要求中所列的技术指标和性能要求均为基本参考要求，凡是等于或优于所列要求的设备均可参加投标。</p><p style="line-height: 19.5pt; text-indent: 24pt;">2、投标人须明确所投设备生产厂家、品牌、型号、规格和外形、尺寸等；提供设备的配置清单，并提供详细的技术参数和性能说明书。说明书、彩页样本需能真实体现设备的技术指标及性能，投标文件中描述的产品技术参数如与说明书、彩页样本有矛盾之处，以说明书、彩页样本为准</p><p style="line-height: 19.5pt; text-indent: 24pt;">3、投标人必须承诺采购文件中提出的全部技术规格与要求，如果以其中某些条款不响应时，应在文件中逐条列出，未列出的视同响应。</p><p style="line-height: 19.5pt; text-indent: 24pt;">4、投标人所投产品在市场上有一定占有率，提供合同复印件等证明文件。</p><p style="line-height: 19.5pt; text-indent: 24pt;">5、须提供质量保证，在质量保证期内该设备或产品出现质量问题（人为除外），无条件更换。同时对设备有可能出现的重大故障规划出合理应对措施及预案。</p><p style="line-height: 19.5pt; text-indent: 24pt;">6、交货时间：中标通知书发出后30天内送至指定地点并安装调试完成。</p><p style="line-height: 19.5pt; text-indent: 24pt;">7、交货地点：根据采购方要求送达指定地点。</p><p style="line-height: 19.5pt; text-indent: 24pt;">8、付款方式：</p><p style="line-height: 19.5pt; text-indent: 24pt;">在政府采购合同签订生效后，待全部货物到达采购单位指定地点，经验收合格并向使用单位提供合格发票后六个月内，由采购单位向中标人按合同总价支付95%的货款；一年后无质量及售后问题支付合同总价的5%余款。</p><p style="line-height: 19.5pt;
