line-height: 150%; text-indent: 24pt; layout-grid-mode: char; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric; word-break: break-all; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">3.招标人（采购人）原则上限派一人（携带本人身份证原件）参加开标活动，不戴口罩、发热人员不得进入交易中心，从重点防控区域或国外归来隔离时间不到14天的人员也不得进入交易中心（持3日内核酸检测报告合格的除外）。前述不得进入交易中心的人员可授权委托其他人员参加开标活动。</p><p align="justify" style="text-align: justify;
