style="font-family:宋体">开标时投标单位原则上不出席开标会，因特殊原因须到现场参加开标会的应自带电脑并准备移动网络。各投标单位对上传的相关证件及证明资料合法性、真实性、精准性负责（确保上传的相关资料清晰可辨，如评标过程中，评标委员会无法辨别影响投标的，责任由投标人自行承担），如发现提供虚假材料的，一经查实取消投标、中标资格，并依据相关法律、法规进行处罚。</span></p><p
