0;">1.申请人具有较强的投融资能力，能够提供银行不低于16亿元的授信额度证明（不同银行授信额度可累加）。2.申请人应具备市政公用工程施工总承包壹级及以上与建筑工程施工总承包壹级及以上资质。3.申请人具备建设行政主管部门颁发的有效的安全生产许可证。4.四川省省外注册企业按照联合体协议分工承担施工工作的，还须具备《四川省省外建筑企业入川承揽业务验证登记证》（有效期内）或带二维码的《四川省省外施工、监理入川承揽业务信息录入证》。5.申请人及其法定代表人在本项目投标截止时间前三年内不得具有行贿犯罪记录。6.本项目接受联合体投标。（1）联合体各方按照本资格预审文件要求的格式签订联合体协议书，明确联合体牵头单位和成员方的权利义务、出资额或出资比例；其中，联合体各方出资比例不得小于1%，牵头单位的出资比例不得小于其他联合体成员。（2）联合体各方不得再以自己名义单独或参加其他联合体在本项目招标中投标，否则相关资格预审申请均无效。（3）联合体成员不超过3家。 7.其他资格要求详见公告附件。</p>
