<p>2）有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录：响应供应商有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录；（提供提交响应文件截止时间前6个月内任意1个月依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的相关材料。如依法免税和依法不需要缴纳社保的，则须提供相应文件证明其依法免税和免缴纳社保；如响应供应商已对接“粤省事”“粤商通”“粤信签”等系统且能通过系统查询到相关内容并提供截图，则无须提供该项证明文件。）</p>
