<p>2）有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录：有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录：①所属期为2022年2月份起至本项目投标截止时间止任意一个月的依法缴纳税收的证明文件。无需缴纳税收的供应商，则须提供相关部门出具的证明文件。②2022年2月份起至本项目投标截止时间止任意一个月的依法缴纳社会保险的证明文件（对因受新冠肺炎疫情影响需延缴或缓缴社会保险的，供应商可按各地有关政策实施，投标文件中需提供有关政策文件）。无需参加社会保险的供应商，则须提供相关部门出具的证明文件。</p> <p>3）具有良好的商业信誉和健全的财务会计制度：2021年年度财务报表或2022年2月份起至本项目投标截止时间止任意一个月的财务报表。【财务报表须包含资产负债表、利润表。】</p> <p>4）履行合同所必需的设备和专业技术能力：按投标（响应）文件格式填报设备及专业技术能力情况。</p> <p>5）参加采购活动前3年内，在经营活动中没有重大违法记录：参照投标（报价）函相关承诺格式内容。
