</div><p></p> <p>3.本项目的特定资格要求：</p><div class="innercontent"> <p>合同包1(亿合公公益事业项目)特定资格要求如下:</p> <div> <p>(1)（1）供应商应具备建设行政主管部门颁发的建筑工程施工总承包三级及以上资质的企业，并取得安全生产许可证且在有效期内（需提供资质证书、安全生产许可证、营业执照）；（2）投标人拟派项目经理须具有建筑工程专业二级及以上注册建造师资格，同时具备有效的B类安全生产考核合格证书。项目经理未在其他在施建设工程项目中任职；（需提供注册建造师证、B类安全生产考核合格证、《潜在投标人或投标人拟派项目负责人未在其他在施建设工程项目中任职承诺书》）；（3）其他要求： 1）现场管理机构组成人员：项目负责人1人、技术负责人1人、施工员1人、质检员1人、安全员1人，且须提供项目负责人注册建造师证书及B类安全生产考核合格证、技术负责人中级及以上职称证、施工员岗位证、质检员岗位证、安全员岗位证及有效的C类安全生产考核合格证【注：①如投标人所在地建设行政主管部门不发放安全员岗位证书可只提供有效的C类安全生产考核合格证；②如投标人所在地建设行政主管部门发放现场管理机构组成人员证书实行电子证书的，可提供通过二维码查询的电子证书，电子证书与纸质证书具有同等效力。③依据《住房和城乡建设部办公厅关于建设工程企业资质延续有关事项的通 知》（建办市函〔2021〕510号）文件要求对于住房和城乡建设部核发的工程勘察、工程设计、建筑业企业、工程监理企业 资质，资质证书有效期2021年12月31日至2022年12月30日届满的，统一延期至2022年12月31日。】 2）现场管理机构人员提供与投标单位签订的劳动合同，近一年内至少1个月的参保信息，可提供在人社部门网站上查询的缴纳养老保险相关信息【将网上查询的参保信息打印并加盖投标企业单位公章、并同时提供现场管理人员查询社保信息的用户名及密码（或 验证码）】（注：若投标人所在地区未实行社保信息网上查询，可提供近一年内至少1个月加盖社保机构公章的养老保险缴纳个人明细或对账单）。3）根据《内蒙古自治区住房和城乡建设厅关于住房和城乡建设领域专业人员岗位培训考核合格证书延期使用的通知》（内建人函〔2021〕761号）精神，按照《住房和城乡建设部办公厅关于推进住房和城乡建设领域施工现场专业人员职业培训工作的通知》（建办人函〔2019〕384号）要求，为平稳有序地做好有关政策衔接，经研究，对我厅核发2018年12月13日以后到期的《住房和城乡建设领域专业人员岗位培训考核合格证书》，其有效期统一延长至2022年6月30日，可在住房和城乡建设行业中继续使用。供应商响应文件中自行承诺，如中标后相关部门恢复办理岗位人员培训考核合格证的，必须及时办理，承诺书格式自拟。（对于非内蒙古自治区企业若投标单位所在省份发布类似文件通知，供应商须在投标文件中附文件通知证明材料，若投标单位所在省份没有发布关于住房和城乡建设领域专业人员岗位培训考核合格证书延续通知的，须提供投标单位所在地建设行政主管部门出具的相关证明文件）。</p>
