<p>(1)1、本项目要求投标人具备建设行政主管部门颁发的建筑工程施工总承包叁级及以上（含叁级）资质或建筑工程施工总承包乙级及以上（含乙级）资质及有效的安全生产许可证，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有承担本项目施工的能力。 2、拟派项目负责人须具有房屋建筑工程贰级及以上注册建造师执业资格，同时具备有效的B类安全生产考核合格证书。且未在其他在施建设工程项目中任职。 3、其他现场管理机构组成人员：技术负责人（建筑工程相关专业中级及以上职称证书）、施工员、质检员、安全员岗位证及安全员C类安全生产考核合格证（如投标人所在地建设行政主管部门未发放安全员岗位证书或暂停发放安全员岗位证书的，可提供安全员C类安全生产考核合格证）。现场管理机构人员提供与投标单位签订的一年以上劳动合同和从2021年6月至今（开标日）不少于6个月的人社部门网站缴费信息的网站打印页。社会保险缴费信息的网站打印页须清晰可辨。如因疫情原因导致养老保险未及时缴纳，或社保机构已给予减免的，请说明实际情况。
