line-height: 30px; margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; white-space: normal;">     本招标项目2022年邢台市信都区第一批高标准农田建设项目已由邢台市信都区行政审批局以邢台市信都区行政审批局关于2022年邢台市信都区第一批高标准农田建设项目可行性研究报告的批复,邢信批投资[2022]43号批准建设，项目业主为邢台市信都区农业农村局, 建设资金来自中央财政资金及省、区级财政资金，出资比例为100%, 招标人为邢台市信都区农业农村局。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的监理进行公开招标。</p> <h3 class="tit" style="margin: 0px; white-space: normal;"> <strong style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px 5px 0px 0px;">     2.1</strong> 项目概况：①工程建设内容及规模：总占地面积2.00万亩，喷灌0.057万亩，管灌1.283万亩，渠灌0.66万亩。其中：配套水泵37个，新建蓄水池6个，维修蓄水池4座，新建溢流堰6座、总长160m；喷灌570亩；管灌12830亩,安装铁管1.26km，防渗管道68.83km；渠灌6600亩，新建防渗渠道19.25km，维修防渗渠道1.44km；新建过路涵1个，埋设过路涵管172个、总长度344m，水闸73个；新增变压器2台，架设输电线路1.73km；修建水泥路31.18km，建设农田防护林网18.83km(栽植国槐0.62万株，折合造林面积100亩)；维修倒虹吸1座，安装大口井防护装置5眼。②工程建设地点：信都区西黄村镇马河、西岳、东岳、西川口、寺北坡、南会、北会、黄店、前马厂；龙泉寺乡中和庄；太子井乡西牛峪、东牛峪、峰门、西太子井、东太子井；羊范镇东侯兰、西侯兰；南石门镇大陈庄、小陈庄、周公村、大桃花；皇寺镇苏村、温暖河；会宁镇霍楼、董家沟；李村镇西北留、中留、西前留、东前留；张宽办事处悟思村等30个行政村。③监理周期：自监理合同生效之日起，至施工阶段、保修阶段结束之日止；④质量标准：合格。</p> <p style="padding: 0px;
