（2）项目负责人资格：投标人拟派项目经理须具有水利水电工程贰级及以上注册建造师执业资格，同时具备有效的B类安全生产考核合格证书； （3）其他要求： 1）其他现场管理机构组成人员：技术负责人（水利水电工程相关专业中级及以上职称证书）、施工员（岗位证）、质检员（岗位证）、安全员岗位证及安全员C类安全生产考核合格证【注：①如投标人所在地建设行政主管部门不发放安全员岗位证书可只提供有效的 C 类安全生产考核合格证； （4）现场管理机构人员与投标单位签订的一年以上劳动合同，近一年内连续6个月加盖社保机构公章的养老保险缴纳个人明细或对账单或网页可查询截图，截图需加盖投标单位公章。 （根据建设项目需要，现场项目管理机构人员应为法定未退休人员）。 现场管理机构人员与投标单位签订的一年以上劳动合同，现场管理机构人员由供应商为其缴纳2021年5月1日至投标截止时间任意连续6个月社保缴纳信息。社保缴纳信息按以下任意一种方式提交均认可： ①如投标人所在地区已实 行社保信息网上查询，提供可在人社部门网站上查询的缴纳养老保险相关信息（将参保信息查询、社保缴费查询打印并加盖 投标企业单位公章），并同时提供现场管理人员查询社保信息的用户名及密码或验证码；
