6、供应商应严格遵守食品安全、消防管理等相关法律法规，并接受食品卫生、消防等主管部门的监督和指导。 7、供应商应在响应文件中承诺保持所承包的房屋原状和用途，如确需进行装修、改造，必须经采购人同意，在不影响房屋结构的情况下进行。 8、供应商应保证食材、加工场所、餐厅环境的卫生管理。 9、卫生标准：实行安全生产责任制。服务质量严格按照《中华人民共和国食品安全法》的规定和采购人的要求，严格组织购买、加工、生产，确保食品安全；做好食品卫生、消毒工作；杜绝不合格的食品流入食堂。为防止交叉感染，所有餐具每天消毒并存放在消毒柜中；在食物加工过程中严格将生食、熟食所使用的餐具分开；供餐完毕后，将所有的食物放入保鲜盒或加保险膜后放入冰柜中。环境卫生要定人、定物、定时、定质量，做到保持清洁，无垃圾污物。保持炊具、灶具清洁卫生。定期进行防“四害” 处置。食堂仓库要专库专用。原料分类存放，食品生熟分开保管，并有四防（防蝇、防尘、防鼠、防潮）措施，防止食品污染。 10、服务质量：不定期更换菜品，满足采购人就餐需求；保证饭菜的热度；建立服务质量反馈渠道，由采购人定期对服务质量（包括饭菜的质量、味道、品种、数量、卫生等进行考核），并根据反馈情况进行整改。 11、供应商应爱护食堂设施设备，严格按规操作，不得损坏、丢失，做到存放整齐，定期维护保养。供应商应对设备操作人员进行专业培训，严禁违规操作。 12、由供应商提供餐巾纸、一次性桌布等食堂日常消耗品，并定期对碗筷进行更换。 13、保障食品安全，严格跟踪食品配送环节，严格做好每日菜品留样48小时。 14、每天对原材料质量进行跟踪检查，从如遇不合格原材料立即更换，绝不上桌。所有菜品均由厨房制作完成，杜绝外购成品进入餐桌。 15、供应商应满足并提供停水、停电、停气等突发情况下的应急供餐服务，不得推迟供餐和停餐。 16、协助采购人迎接上级相关检查，如在检查中发现问题，中标人应积极整改，如问题严重造成不利于采购人的社会影响，采购人有权视情况解除合同。
