style="text-indent:21.0000pt;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%;">（1）供应商是中华人民共和国境内注册，具有有效的营业执照，有能力提供本次采购项目及所要求的服务，具有履行合同的供货和储备能力；且拟用于本项目的投标产品必须是经正规渠道销售并通过国家相关部门质量检验的合格产品；</p><p style="text-indent:21.0000pt;text-autospace:ideograph-numeric;line-height:150%;">（2）供应商具备《食品经营许可证》或《食品流通许可证》，如供应商为生产厂商，应具备《食品生产许可证》（供应商只经营农副产品的按国家规定执行），且要求与供应商营业执照、经营场所地址相一致；</p><p
