style="line-height:150%;"><strong>2</strong><strong>、开具发票事宜：</strong></p><p align="left" style="text-align:left;text-indent:24.0pt;line-height:150%;">供应商购买谈判文件（若为个人转账，则发票抬头只能开具个人名字）或缴纳代理服务费（只能公对公转账），开具发票须提供与供应商公章一致的单位名称和纳税人识别号（即统一社会信用代码），发票抬头为个人或政府部门等无税号单位除外。若因未及时提供或提供错误信息造成的开票问题，我司概不承担责任（不提供换票或补票等服务）</p><p style="line-height:150%;"><strong>3</strong><strong>、</strong><strong>谈判保证金退还事宜：</strong></p><p style="line-height:150%;"> 供应商制作响应文件时，应将《退回保证金说明函》（含清晰准确的谈判保证金缴款凭证复印件）另册制作一套并加盖公章装在一单独的信封内密封提交。<strong>成交人</strong>签订合同后将合同原件（或加盖公章及骑缝章的复印件）及《退回保证金说明函》（含清晰准确的谈判保证金缴款凭证复印件）送至或邮寄至我司退回保证金（不接收传真件）。否则由此造成谈判保证金无法及时退还的，我司概不承担责任。</p><p 递交响应文件时供应商的单位名称应与购买谈判文件（办理报名手续）登记的单位名称完全一致。除能提供工商管理部门出具的单位名称变更证明外，否则我司将拒绝接收名称不符的响应文件。谈判保证金出账账户名称应与供应商名称一致，否则将导致谈判无效。</p><p align="left"
