font-weight: bolder;">三、投标人资格要求</p><p style="line-height: 1.5em; font-size: 14px; font-weight: normal; margin-left: 30px;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">001 第一标段 <br></span><span style="text-decoration: none;">3.1本次资格预审要求申请人须具备 城市及道路照明工程专业承包壹级 资质，有效的营业执照，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力，其中，申请人拟派项目经理须具备市政公用工程专业壹级注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书（B类） 资格，且未担任其它在建工程项目的项目经理。<br>3.2单位负责人为同一人或存在控股、管理关系的不同单位，不得同时参加本项目的投标；<br>3.3未列入全国建筑市场监管公共服务平台或者本省建筑市场监管公共服务平台建筑市场主体“黑名单”，未列入“国家企业信用信息公示系统”严重违法失信企业名单，未列入“信用中国”网站失信被执行人名单；<br>3.4本次资格预审 不接受 联合体资格预审申请。联合体申请资格预审的，应满足下列要求： / 。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.5em;
